Camponotus (Tanaemyrmex) evansi Crawley

Iran list Type location Iraq (Camponotus (Myrmoturba) maculatus F. subsp. evansi subsp. nov.,  Crawley, 1920b: 178, major & minor workers; raised to species by Pisarski, 1971b: 727, name and collections records only) N.E. of Baghdad, 1919, Evans, in dead palm trunk; no images on Antweb (July 2015).

Crawley's (1920b) description is at - . TL major 8.5-9.0 mm, HW 2.8 mm, minor slightly smaller. Not listed from Iran by Pankia (2008, 2010)
