Worker: TL ca 4.2 mm, HW 1.00, HL 1.04, EL 0.24, SL 0.88, PW 0.64, CI 96, SI 88.  Uniformly shiny matt, red-brown, gaster darker. Mandibles weakly striate. Whole of alitrunk dorsum with weak but distinct longitudinal striation. Propodeum with spines reduced to low triangles. Petiole narrow and no wider than postpetiole. Overall quite densely covered with relatively long, semi-decumbent hairs.

This has no obvious close relatives among the known Palaearctic Crematogaster. Crematogaster subdentata is not too dissimilar but has a wholly smooth and shiny alitrunk dorsum.
