The Antweb scale on scale on the head image give HL 0.59 mm, HW 0.48, SL 0.41. Bolton gave the size as HL 0.50-0.52, HW 0.40-0.41, SL 0.36-0.38. The body image scale gives TL ca 2.2 mm, PW 0.29; Bolton TL 1.9-2.0 mm, PW 0.25-0.26.
