WORKER - TL 1.9-2.2 mm; eyes of a single ommatidium; long antennal scapes (SI > 100); deep conspicuous metanotal groove; propodeum behind groove raised and angular in profile; conspicuous elevated pubescence on head; smooth and shining, colour uniform clear yellow (Bolton, 1987).
