WORKER - TL 4.0-4.1 mm (Bolton, 1980: 275, not illustrated).

{Tetramorium not agile}The photomontage of a worker shown on Antweb as agile is collated from http://www.antweb.org/specimen.do?name=casent0280910.
This, however, appears to be slightly small; with short scapes, SI = 100, type SI 112-119 (Bolton, 1980); no clear metanotal groove; and, a smaller postpetiole when viewed from above.  The mandibles also appear to be weakly striate as opposed to smooth. In the absence of photos of the type, it cannot be verified.
