Tetramorium psymanum Bolton

Type location Ghana (Bolton, 1980: 351, not illustrated, holotype worker); a single holotype specimen, collected by D. Leston, at Bunso, 15.vii.1969 .

WORKER - TL 3.1 mm; both it and meressei have a dense pelt of elongate fine soft hair, and a high postpetiole with an abrupt vertical posterior face. This species is mid-brown, however, and meressei is yellow.
