Description (after Kempf, 1967b) -
WORKER - TL ca 6 mm; HW = HL (almost); mandibles with right angle
between basal border and masticating border; clypeus without a
median tumulus, anterior border weakly convex; scapes not reaching
occiput; alitrunk smooth & shiny, only striation at extreme
metasternal angle; dorsum of alitrunk slightly impressed at
metanotal junction and strongly compressed at metanotum, propodeum
slightly lower than mesonotum; dorsum of propodeum narrowed
anteriorly to almost a point, obtuse angle with oblique declivity;
petiole much longer than broad, subpetiolar process low and
dentate; first segment of gaster without a marginate tuberosity
below helcium; hind tibiae without heavy spine-like setae.
