Crematogaster (Crematogaster) clepens Forel - new status

Type location Zaïre (Cremastogaster opaciceps Mayr v. clepens n. v., Forel, 1913h: 353, worker) from at Congo da Lemba, by R. Mayné - see below.

Forel (1913h) very brief description of clepens had TL 2.8 mm, smaller than the type; distinguished by having a smooth gaster.

The type images show it is darker and smaller than Crematogaster opaciceps; it also has a more rounded head and longer propodeal spines.
