{Dorylus katanensis male genitalia}Santschi (1939a) adds a record from Bitshumbi, Lake Edward, collector G F de Witte, 16-17.x.1933; noting it can be distinguished by its glabrous vertex and an abundance of long, slightly oblique hairs on the gaster; he illustrated various aspects.
