Lasius himalayanus Bingham

Iran list Type location India (Lasius niger r brunneus var himalayanus, Forel, 1894c: 404; Lasius himalayanus, Bingham, 1903: 340, worker; noted as possible species by Seifert, 1992b: 8; treated as species by Bolton, 1995: 223). The collector, Smythies, lived around Dehra Dun from 1873-1902.
