WORKER - TL 4.1-4.3 mm, HL 0.84-0.86, HW 0.64-0.66, SL
0.80-0.82, PW 0.54-0.60
Mandibles elongate, not closing against clypeus. Petiole in profile
narrow and high. Gaster with only minute hair pits. Colour dark brown,
appendages lighter (Bolton, 1975a: 267, not illustrated).

The specimen seems larger than given by Bolton, but the colour and no
more than minute hair pits on the basal gaster separate it from elegans.
