The key features from Santschi's (1913e) key were -
Major: Propodeum edentate; size larger, TL 2.5-2.6 mm; postpetiole one and two-thirds wider than long; occiput submatt, densely but finely sculptured; colour reddish-yellow, gaster darker.
Minor - Postpetiole wider than long; TL < 1.0 mm; head shiny, feebly punctate, smooth; petiole notably narrower than the postpetiole; metanotal groove quite deep, dorsum longer than jeanneli. French Guinea.
