LaPolla, Hawkes & Fisher (2011) report that the
workers cannot be reliably separated from Paratechina jaegerskioeldi
but
the males are readily separated by the form of the genitalia. They give
the distribution as: Lesotho, Mozabique, South Africa and
Zimbabwe, without indicating if they had sighted males from all the
countries. The male of which they show the genitalia is listed as
USNM#0073580 from South Africa. They gave no information to show
association between workers and males.
