The photomontage is
of a

Exactly matches Santschi's (1910c) description, perhaps
slightly larger.

The photomontage is
of a minor worker from Cameroun;

from http://www.antweb.org/specimen.do?name=casent0901313.
There it is mistakenly titled as Pheidole neokohli, but that is
known only from male and queen descriptions.
