TL ca 4.6 mm, HL 1.41, HW 1.41, SL 0.71, PW 0.61, CI 100, SI 50.

Readily separable from Pheidole punctulata by the relatively long, less heart-shaped, head in full face view; the quite abundant sculpture, hair pits, etc., on the posterior of the head; and, the generally stockier appearance.
