Also two other collections (6 workers), all by pkd at the same location, collector D. Leston, 25 & 27.vii.1969), thus clearly arboreal (Bolton, 1973b: 298, illustrated, worker); worker only described .

WORKER - TL 5.4-5.9 mm; head and dorsal surfaces with abundant long off-white, erect hairs. Pubescence long, greyish but very sparse. Colour black, dull, the gaster and propodeal declivity dully shining; apical funicular segments yellowish brown .
