WORKER - TL 2.0 mm; distinguished as in key, mandible with 5 enlarged teeth; colour blackish-brown.

Later collected in Ghana from leaf litter (57 workers plus 5 from soil samples) in the semi-deciduous forest zone (Bobiri Forest Reserve, Atewa Forest Reserve, Bunso and CRIG, primary or secondary forest; and Ofinso, cocoa) (Belshaw & Bolton, 1994b).
