Tetramorium hapale Bolton

Type location Ivory Coast (Bolton, 1980: 339, not illustrated, holotype worker). A single holotype worker from Banco Forest, collected by W.L. Brown, 11.i.1963 - no images on Antweb (February 2015) .

WORKER - TL 3.0 mm; distinguished by the long, quite narrow head and relatively long scapes. All dorsal surfaces with numerous standing hairs. Colour uniform mid-brown but appendages yellow.
